Once bitten, twice shy they say? Pah! Here’s Cureative, the third iteration of an automated video versioning platform.
Whilst the previous two versions relied on the Dataclay AE Templater plugin, the costs are simply too high for using this going forward, so this was built from the ground-up using the incredible Nexrender library https://github.com/inlife/nexrender
Not only is it open source, but it’s feature set is so much wider than anything else. Not only can you swap footage, audio, text, you can maniplate just about any AE parameter – effects, styles, fonts – anything. All comes with a neat server app, the workers and a load of third-party utilities.

Batch Spreadheet Rendering
Probably the most important feature of the platform is being able to take a spreadsheet of the required copy, media and size variants, review line-breaks and crops and then batch render the whole set:

Fully bespoke content management or users, campaigns and clients. No relying on constantly-changing third-party CMS systems.
